Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with Grahak. This explains when refunds apply to paid plans. Read it alongside the Terms of Service.
1. Try before you pay
Every account includes a free Sandbox project, so you can run Grahak end to end before spending anything. Please use it before you upgrade.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Paddle, my merchant of record, who processes the charge, adds any applicable tax, and sends your receipt.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Grahak isn’t for you, email me within 14 daysof your first payment and I’ll refund it in full. This applies to your first purchase, not to later renewals.
4. Renewals and cancellations
- Cancel anytime from your workspace settings. That stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
- Renewal payments (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once charged, except as below or where the law requires it.
- I don’t prorate refunds for partial periods after you cancel.
5. Exceptions
I’ll always refund where consumer law requires it, and I may refund at my discretion, say after a long outage or a wrong charge. If you were billed by mistake, tell me and I’ll make it right.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email hey@ceoshikhar.com from the address on your account, with your workspace name and a short note. I aim to reply within a few days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
