Why I built it
As a product grows, its creators drift away from the people using it. Feedback scatters: a little in email, some in Discord, a few DMs, a GitHub issue nobody revisits. The signal that should shape the product gets lost in the noise.
Grahak brings those conversations back to where they belong: inside your product. Your customers talk to you without leaving your app or making another account, and everything they say lands in one place your team actually works from.
What I believe
- Talking to your customers is a feature, not a chore.
- Support should feel like part of your product, not a bolted-on third-party desk.
- Small teams deserve tools that aren’t bloated or priced for enterprises.
Who’s behind it
