ग्राहक · how it works

From a few lines of code to a real conversation.

  1. 01

    Add the widget

    A few lines of @grahak/js or @grahak/react drops Grahak right into your product, matched to your brand.

  2. 02

    Customers reach out

    They ask questions, request features, and report bugs, without leaving your app or making an account.

  3. 03

    You follow up

    Everything lands in one shared inbox. Assign it, talk it over privately, reply, and close it out.

ग्राहक · features

Everything you need to stay on top of it.

Not a bloated help desk. Just the pieces a small team needs to hear customers and follow through.

One shared inbox

Every conversation from every customer lands in one place your whole team works from, not a dozen scattered threads.

Internal notes

Talk it through privately on any thread. Internal notes stay with your team and never reach the customer.

Assign & collaborate

Give a conversation an owner, pull in collaborators, and see who else is looking, with live presence right in the header.

Tags & waiting-on

Label bugs and requests, and see at a glance which threads are waiting on you versus waiting on the customer.

No new logins

Your customers are identified by a signed token you already hold. They talk to you without ever creating another account.

Inline attachments

Screenshots and files drop straight into the thread, on both sides, so a bug report shows exactly what broke.

ग्राहक · feels native

It wears your product's clothes.

Grahak takes on your brand: your colors, your surfaces, your corners. And it carries none of its own. No logo in the corner, no “powered by,” nothing that says your customers stepped into someone else's tool. You can spot most support widgets from across the room. Not this one. Pick a product and watch the same widget re-skin to match.

ग्राहक · for developers

Add it in a few minutes.

Drop Grahak into any web app. One call, or one provider, pointed at your logged-in user, and the widget is live. No backend to run, no chat UI to build.

  • Any stack: plain JavaScript or React.
  • One drop-in; Grahak handles the rest.
  • Matches your brand out of the box.
widget.ts
// npm install @grahak/js

import { init } from "@grahak/js";

init({
  projectId: GRAHAK_PROJECT_ID,
  userJwt: getIdentityJwt,
}).mountOverlay();

No integrations to wait for. The widget is just JavaScript, so it already runs in Next.js · Remix · Vue · Nuxt · Svelte · Astro · Angular · Rails · Django · Laravel · plain HTML, and whatever you're building in.

ग्राहक · why grahak

Your customers shouldn't have to leave your app to reach you.

Today that means leaving your product for their email, a Discord server, or a DM they never quite get around to sending. Grahak keeps the conversation where the work already happens.

Today

  • Feedback is scattered across email, Discord, Slack, and DMs.
  • Customers sign up for yet another tool just to reach you.
  • Bugs and requests get buried in noisy threads.
  • Nothing is organized, tracked, or easy to follow up on.

With Grahak

Better way
  • Everything comes in from right inside your product.
  • Customers reach you without making an account.
  • Bugs and requests stay organized and easy to find.
  • Your team triages, discusses, and follows up in one place.

ग्राहक · where it fits

Closer to Canny than to Zendesk.

Grahak isn't a support desk. Intercom, Zendesk, Chatwoot, and Zoho are built for big support orgs, priced per agent and per contact, and heavy to roll out. Grahak has more in common with Canny, Featurebase, and Frill: light, and made for people who actually want to hear from their customers. It just goes further, by living inside your product instead of on a board of its own.

ग्राहक · from the creator

A note from the creator

Hey,

I built Grahak because I had this problem myself.

Feedback for my products was scattered everywhere: bugs in email, feature ideas in DMs, and support questions in Discord. I wanted one place where customers could talk to me directly from the product they were already using.

But most tools I tried felt bolted on: a floating chat bubble styled like someone else's software, often with their branding attached and a big price jump to remove it.

So I built Grahak.

It can match your brand and live wherever it makes sense in your product: a popover, a drawer, a dedicated page, or even a floating widget if that's what works for you. Your customers can talk to you without feeling like they've left your product.

I'm also my own first customer. My other product, Arthveda, runs Grahak today. When its users write to me, their messages land in the same inbox you saw above.

It's just me building this. If you try Grahak and something feels off or missing, talk to me.

Thanks for being here.
